Why won't the SD card from my Android phone won't show my photos when I put it in my windows phone

My Android phone went dead don't know why either. But it was replaced by a Windows phone and I'm trying to use the SD card from the Android phone with my Windows phone and alot of photos won't come out

Try putting the card into a card reader, then plug it into a computer. See if the computer sees pictures on it. There may not be any. (In an Android phone, sdcard is internal storage, the SD card is extSdCard. If you saved your pictures to sdcard, they're still on your Android phone.)
