I looked around for a Rants and Raves section but I didn't see one...
Anyway, why the hell won't they just announce the darned Galaxy Nexus already. I'm not marketing expert, but I feel like with a major device being released like this, you'd want to hype it at least a little before release. I guess, as this device doesn't fit into Verizon's typical product mold, they aren't going to push it in the marketing department. It probably won't generate the revenue stream that other smart phones do.
All I think about is the ridiculous marketing campaigns they went through for lousy devices like the BB Storm, etc...weeks and sometimes months in advance, and the massive let down the product was. I haven't even seen a single intentional advertisment for the the GN yet (aside from the one that snuck in on BF at a few websites).
I just don't get it. Devices like this have the potential to massively boost the image of a company with tech savvy buyers, and they botch one device release after another. TBolt, Bionic, Galaxy Nexus, and I'm sure a slew of others before. Perhaps we are such a small croud that it has no affect on sales?
