Why wont they ship my phone!!!

After lurking for a while and debating if I wanted to wait for the iPhone 4G I decided to take the plunge adn buy a N1. (Multitouch update pushed me over the edge). I placed the order at 1000 AM EST yesterday hoping to have my new toy by dinner tonight with overnight shipping. To my dismay my status shows:

2/8 Order Placed
2/9 Google Webstore received order

It took 24 hours for them to receive the order I submitted on their website!?!?! WTF.

At this rate it will ship by June.

Anyone else have a lag in the ordering process?

Ordered mine Friday night late, it shipped Saturday afternoon and arrived Monday morning. Only hang up was ordering late on the weekend because fedex doesn't ship on Sundays.

All I can say, is check with customer service, and when you get the phone don't let the crappy shipping situation create an inner grudge for the phone.

It took 3 days for the order I placed for humidifer filters (just an example) to be 'received'.

This is common.

Hang tight! You'll have that sweet Nexus One goodness in no time with the free overnight shipping.

I feel better already... just checked on it againand I have a tracking number for delivery tomorrow!!!!
