Why would my phone gave 2 IP addresses could someone have tapped my phone

[Android Central Question]

I was updating my Wifi password and noticed my phone had 2 IP addresses listed . I did not think that was possible could someone be trying to track my phone and get into my device

If connected to WiFi it will have 2. One is the LTE connection, one is the WiFi. Usually you don't see the LTE one though, where are you seeing the 2 addresses?
