WI-FI open network popup which asks 'disconnect' or 'stay connected' and remember my choice.

I attempted to connect to an open wifi network and a window popped up asking if I wanted to disconnect from this unsecure network. I accidentally clicked yes and ticked for it to remember my choice. Now when I attempt to connect to the open network the wifi is automatically disconnecte. How can I undo this selection on Samsung S7 mobile? is there a way to get the box to reappear so i could change the selection?

Do a search in Settings (or here on Android Central) - the solution was posted a day or so ago. You can remove that network from someplace in Settings. (Probably somewhere in Wifi.)

i'e been thru every area of settings and can't find anything. i saw an earlier response about resetting all app settings and all that did was wipe out everything associated to my apps - no effect at all on this wi-fi setting.....
