Does anyone else set their wi-fi sleep policy to turn off wi-fi when the screen turns off? I keep mine this way to save battery, but when I turn the tab back on, I need to disable/re-enable wi-fi to get it to connect again. Usually after the tab has been of for at least 30 minutes.

Can someone else give this a try when they have time??

Thanks for the reply. The 10.1 forum seems a little more active so I'm going to post the same question there.

I set my Galaxy 10.1 that way. I went out for a 2 weeks trip. Came home with the tablet still 90% full power. THat was amazing.

I remember I only have to turn off and on WIFI just a few times. Not always.

Down side for setting WIFI sleep policy that way is, no email notification when the tablet is in not connected to WIFI.
