I added GB to my acct so I could use my phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot but it's not showing up...can someone please tell me what I need to do to get this working?

There should be an app called Sprint Hotspot on your phone... open that up and turn that on...
and you added GB to your phone? I assume you added the WiFi hotspot service.

The Sprint Hotspot is an add-on service. You'll need that in addition to whatever your data allowance is.
