Wide Angle camera

I just got the phone today. Everytime I click the wide angle icon, the camera app crashes. Did a factory reset and the same issue. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a software update?(haven't activated yet to see if I liked it)

Welcome to AC forums. When you did the factory reset were any additional apps installed? If not I would take it back and ask for a replacement.

Thanks. No other apps. I submitted a return on Ebay and it was granted. Was sold as open box, but the seller never fought it. Bet he knew the whole time. Shame cause I really want to like this phone and have no urge to get the G6(G4 is current phone).. Guess I take another stab and find a good deal on one.

Might have been a hardware problem (broken camera). The V20 is excellent, you should definitely look for another one. Buying used phones online can sometimes be iffy and I've had my share of experiences.
