Widget Icons disappear

Every time I have to restart my phone, the widget icons I have disappear from the home screen. It also happens when I add a new app. It seems to get locked up for awhile and then when it comes back, the icons are gone too. Does anyone know how to make this stop happening?

Had this to me. The widget keep disappearing from my home screen. I found a factory roll back and update worked. The problem is you had the widget there before the ICS update. Install the widgets after you find your os you want

Thanks JBizz86. I'm pretty sure I haven't had an update for awhile. The icons I loose are for voicemail, which had a recent update and my clock. If I do a factory roll back, I have to reinstall all my apps, right?

That is correct. I keep a list in Evernote of all my critical apps, followed by the less important ones. It makes it simple , quick and effective. All your apps should be listed in Google Play under My Apps. Be sure to remove your sd card before you do the reset.
