Widget not working after Android 10?

After Android 10 my widgets suddenly is no longer working.

See pic, what is wrong?
Restart wont fix it, only some stock app widget works.

Sonos widget etc do not work.

Probably the apps with widgets are not compatible with Android 10 check with the respective developer. Alternatively try clearing cache as sometimes after a major upgrade some apps might get currupted during upgrading. Lastly you can try a factory reset which might help.

In each of those apps that have widgets clear cache,data,force stop it

Also, have you tried removing the widgets from the home screen and adding them back?
