Widgets on lock screen

Is there an app that will allow widgets to be functional and put on the lock screen. I like how when I have music playing through the HTC music app I can control it from the lock screen without unlocking. I would love to do this with pandora or a non stock music player.

+1 if it only appears while the app is running like the HTC music app does.

Yes, search WidgetLocker in the Market. It's 99 cents, but I like it a lot.

Though it has its quirks....like the date doesn't update right. Like today its the 19th, but it says its the 16th. I still find it worth it to have player controls on the lock screen. They may update and fix the date issue.

I use WidgetLocker, it's a great app. It is a bit buggy from time to time. But all in all it does what I need it to.

Here's a screen shot of how I set it up :

The time and weather widget is " Beautiful Widget " and the calendar widget is an older Android agenda widget.

Yes there's an option for that.

Yep it has options for the one I'm using, one that's just like the stock Sence UI one, one that's like the stock Android one and also an option with no slider at all. You just use the "Home" button to unlock the screen.

What battery widget is that SouthPhilly?

It's in the Market, its called "Battery Watcher". It's the best one I've used yet. When you tap it it gives you all kinds of info like battery temp, time unplugged....

Alittle note on Widgetlocker, it's not really a screen lock as much as it's an app that's triggered by the power button. Or at least that's how it seams to work. Ever once and a while the Sence UI lock screen trys to work on top of it. Other than that it's a kick butt app.
