Wif calls...

what kind of trouble? We will need a little more info to provide suggestions.

OK, so when I'm connected at home via wifi and somebody call me they say I sound like a robot or my voice gets interrupted, so I have to hang up and switch to my network to be able to talk and be ear properly

What speed is your internet, specifically the upload speed? If it's less than 1.5 meg, you will get compression. According to all the documentation, you only need 345K, but trust me you need more, 3 meg is better.

Also what brand router and what type? (G, N, AC, etc)?

Well don't think is that I have century link and my download is 35.64 and my upload is 5.33

sounds like you have plenty of bandwidth. Can you create a DMZ and put the phone there? Sometimes Cable Routers use QOS, Since Wifi calling is really VoIP, but the phone does not categorize the packets as such, your router might be counting them as discardable. Even back in my blackberry days, I would always create a DMZ and put the phone there (any guest user of my wifi, is also in the DMZ, so they can't see my servers). It's a bit of work to set up, but if you need wifi calling due to bad coverage or international calling, then it's probably worth the effort. Beyond that, I am out of ideas, but maybe others might have some.
