Wife OTA updated her phone, can i get back to zvd?

I rooted my wife's phone with stock recovery and stock rom just to have tools like titanium etc to keep the device clean. But she did the ota to zvd now root is gone and i can barely keep it over 20mb available space so a lot of issues occurring.
I want to get back to zvd and put a better Rom on it, or root and get to grom. Can i get it back to zvd from ota?
