Wife's old verizon Galaxy S4 wont text on t-mobile service...
my wife got a Verizon Galaxy S4 from our daughter for use on out T-mobile service...VZ says it is unlocked but she can't text out...text In =ok, call in/out Ok. Worked with T-tmobile tech 1.5hrs reset APN ops...no help. Tried removing batt. and sim..still fails. T-mobile bumped it up to tier II engineering=72 hrs?? Anyone see this problem?
