Wifi and bluetooth do not work on a5 2016

Wifi and bluetooth do not switchon or off .the scroll gets grey and it does not work.there is only writin turning on but it does not.please help.İ have rebootede the phone,turned off the power safe,tried #*#*0011#but there is no use
