wifi and bluetooth issue in galaxy note3

I have a problem with wifi and bluetooth in my galaxy note 3. I can't turn it on. It still Green faint for some seconds and it return grey again..Any help please

Same thing happening to me. Safe mode also. Wifi tethering does work.

That would suggest either a problem with the firmware or hardware. You could try reinstalling the firmware using Kies or Odin:
