Wifi and Bluetooth not Working

My device upgarded its software automatically ever since it was working fine. until i wanted to use my bluetooth to tranfer a song weeks later. i took out the battery and it worked after. days later my wifi was not coming on checked my settings and its not working.
What should i do?

Have you tried re entering your wifi settings/password? Re-pairing your bluetooth? I will delete the old settings and reenter them again after a restart. For bluetooth, i will delete the device(s) and pair again after restart.
Its possible they got lost/corrupted during upgrade.

My wi-fi has also stopped working. I have re entered all wifi setting, restarted the phone, did a battery pull just for the heck of it, re started the router and nothing. All my other stuff and phones have no problem connecting to wifi. It would connect to the AT&T wifi and all they could do was scratch their head.
