wifi and bluetooth

I had a htc rezound that I loved. I had problems with the rezound staying connected to my wifi, and my Bluetooth. I went through a total of 5 rezounds. Verizon then sent me a Motorola raza.
I am up for a upgrade. I have played with both the htc one and the sansung 4s. I love the one, but I have read that a few of the one owners are also having problems staying connected with their wifi. is this true or not.

I have had the HTC One for about two weeks now and I have never had any Wi-Fi connectivity issues with it. I have also ran stock 4.1.2, Android Revolution HD, TrickDroid, RGUI and finally stock 4.2.2 odexed and none of them had any Wi-Fi problems.
