Android Central Question

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I've had it for less than a month. It has two problems. My phone was GSM unlocked, so I used a Consumer Cellular card with it. I can use my texting and phone calls just fine, but my data is MIA. I cannot get it to work.
The other issue is that I cannot connect to wifi or bluetooth. It won't even let me turn the wifi or bluetooth options on. I've tried to reset everything but it didn't fix it.
What can I do?

I'm not sure how to answer your Bluetooth and WiFi questions, but I can help with the data service issue. Your phone needs to be configured to work with Consumer Cellular's data network, which requires manual programming of the APN. Go to https://www.consumercellular.com/Help/phones-and-services, then select "I have a non-Consumer Cellular phone. How do I set up messaging and web access?" This will show you the settings to enter into your phone.

Now, to locate these settings on your phone, go to Settings -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names and enter the information from the Consumer Cellular site into the appropriate fields on your phone. Reboot, and then you should have data access.
