Wifi app that will allow to connect to a specific Access point exclusively

Does anyone know of something like this. I currently use Wifi analyzer to connect to a specific Access point on my work wifi, but it will automatically connect to different access points for whatever reason at some times. The problem that this causes is as follows: we have a network of many access points in this building(I'd say at least 20 or more) there are 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz. I stream video(youtube) and because it doesn't auto adjust accordingly with the bandwidth it adds up to a lot of buffering if I'm on 2.4 Ghz. Wifi analyzer will allow me to find and connect to 5 Ghz but it doesn't block out the 2.4 so it will sometime change over to it. Any ideas or apps? Thanks,
