WiFi calling disappeared on note 10 plus

Had WiFi calling in note 9 but it's not showing on note 10 plus. Both were unlocked devices from Samsung on o2 in UK.
Anybody any ideas why or what to do. Called into o2 shop and they couldn't sort it out and said it was a problem Samsung end?

can you maybe access it through settings menu in the dialler rather than phone settings?

Solved it, just dabbled in settings and scanned for networks restarted phone and it's on now. Thanks anyway
