Wifi Calling on sprint G3, Cant find it

I got my LG 3 from Best Buy and was told to do a hard reset and things should be ok.
When it boots up it shows just LG stuff, not the SPARK Or SPRINT STUFF

Spent a long time setting it up , but to get wifi calling I guess its worth rebooting.

Oh well.

Mine has never had Wifi calling either. I bought it from Best Buy right at release. I got the International Wifi calling update today and hoped that would fix it, but still no wifi calling. Guess it's time to backup and factory reset.

Factory reset didn't work. Restoring backup now. Guess I'll be going to Best Buy tomorrow to try to get a new phone.
