Wifi Disconnecting Constantly on OnePlus 3 When Media is Loaded

I'm using a OnePlus 3 and have recently updated to Android 8.0, however I've been having this problem since my purchase of this phone about 11 months ago.
The WiFi will disconnect from the router whenever I use Instagram, YouTube or any app where loading media consistently is required. This happens on other routers as well so I am sure that it's not a problem with my own router. After a few minutes, the WiFi will find the router again and reconnect, but will disconnect again, normally when more media is being loaded.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you actually see the wi-fi indicator go blank (or have an X on it) when you lose the connection?
