Android Central Question

No wifi or bluetooth.

This problem seems to have happened after updating Samsung Galaxy 4 to Lollipop.

I've tried removing the battery, airplaine mode, running wifi fixer aps, factory reset - still no wifi or bluetooth.

No networks show up as available (i.e., no network are listed). Nothing at all is listed. It's not even possible to "Add a WiFi Network" manually because that button is also missing.

There is 5.87 GB available from 9.71 on the phone so I don't think it's a memory issie.

One error message says SSID is <unknown>.

The phone does connect to 3G and makes calls.

Researching how to downgrade from Android Lollipop seems out of my league.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over-the-air, or did you download the firmware from somewhere and install it manually?
