I called boost mobile on this as I kept getting 'error code 67 update profile' whenever I used wifi hotspot app. But no matter how many times I updated profile it gave me same results trying to turn on hotspot. Boost said Marqee not set up for wifi hotspot unless I find ? way around it. So I came to forums to get answer. Anyone? Anyone?

Google foxfi it works on any lg phone and doesn't require your phone to be rooted AND is completely free

You could try flashing a sprint prl in qpst also although I'm not sure if that will get rid of your 3g data or not, it shouldn't though since your phone is already provisioned in boosts network
