WiFi international connections

When I try to connect to wifi that requires a sign in it fails, says I have to have international data plan to connect to sign in screen. Is there a way around this. Thanks.

I've never heard of such a thing! Is this message being generated by the Wi-Fi service provider? What browser are you using?
