WiFi Internet Access

Hello all. Having internet connecting issues when using WiFi at a public place (i.e. Buffalo Wild Wings). Full WiFi connection, but as soon as I try for the internet, says no Internet connection. Tried looking up on line and here, but not really finding a good answer (cannot reboot router - don't have access). Any and all help greatly appreciated.
