Wifi Is Broken on 4.3

[Bebusy]

Ever since I updated my unrooted Verizon S3 to 4.3 my Wifi has been hit or miss.
It will show a very strong signal by isn't connecting to the Internet.
I've already done a factory reset to get rid of some other bugs and that hasn't helped.
It's also happening at home and work so it can't be the router.
Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing cache in recovery? That might help: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html

Other than flashing back to a previous version of Android, I don't know what else to suggest.
