wifi is slow on my phone only

Ok I need help and I don't understand why my wifi only acts up on my phone! it'll work on everything else but is slow on my phone. I've rest the wifi box and it'll start to work but only for a short time until it's completely slow again.

Have you tried messing with the security settings on the router, maybe lower them down a little bit?

It depends on the router, you'll have to look for it. Also, make sure that the router is set for IPv4, and IPv6 is disabled. And that wifi encryption is AES, not TKIP or TKIP+AES. All of those have caused problems.
