Hey guys.

I have the T-Mobile version of the M9, I just updated to 6.0 and I am issues with the Wi-Fi turning off overnight or after ~30 minutes of inactivity. Didn't notice this before 6.0 update.

Yes I have the setting "Wi-Fi off when sleep" or whatever set to "never", so it should never turn Wi-Fi off overnight. Power saver is not on, I do not have it set to switch to mobile data if the connection is weak or unstable. I do not have my router reset itself over night.

Gone through various other forums, haven't seen anything else like this on the M9 with 6.0.

Thanks!

I woke up the other morning and noticed mine was off too. Im going to chalk it up to DOZE.
Another morning i didnt check it right away but i did move it slightly and a minute later several notifications went off and wifi was connected.

Play with it a bit and my guess is DOZE is doing that.

I haven't noticed mine turning off. I've actually forgotten to turn it off when leaving the house, and turned it off hours later when I realize it's still on.

Gonna bump this. 100% new to AC so I don't know if you can even bump...

Still happening even after messing with DOZE. I'll even be using the phone and it kicks me off. It kicks off when I'm on YouTube frequently, but other random occasions as well.

Something that's been happening to me since the update is that my screen can go long whiles without timing out. Anyone else?

Hi there,
The setting should be called "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" so you should set to "Always" for not turning off Wi-Fi overnight.
Maybe you need to check it first.
