WIFI phone only

So I work where there is ZERO cellular signal but have most excellent WIFI. How is the best way to send and receive calls on my Note 4? Is there a way to have the regular cellular call ring up the WIFI on the phone?

I know the Sprint version of the Note 4 allows voice calls over WiFi, and it works GREAT in my house, where I don't get a really good Sprint signal. I don't know whether other carriers have this feature on their versions of the Note 4. My settings have a section for "Wi-Fi Calling" in the Connections group of settings. I have to choose which WiFi connections I want to authorize for voice calling, and then enter the street address for it (for 911 call purposes). After that there is a toggle in the pull-down settings to turn WiFi Calling on or off.

WiFi calling not coming to AT&T until 2015.
