Wifi problem

Iv'e had the g pad for 2 weeks, the last few days i noticed that sometimes when i leave it and come back the wifi lock is gone. I don't mean it disconnected from the network, i mean for some reason it's as if wifi was turned off and it can't turn back on (the settings say "wifi is turning on"). The only way to get it back is a restart. Anyone encounter this?

Im having a similar problem with my new ZTE Radiant. Right now it says "not in range" and I'm only a few feet away. My other android connects at the same time.
