WiFi Problems with S7 and Netflix

I have a strange situation with my S7 and my home WiFi with Netflix and a couple of other apps (Pokemon Go, for one). If I am connected to WiFi, the Netflix app page will not load until I turn WiFi off. Then, after I make a selection and start streaming, I can turn WiFi back on and it seems to stream fine. Almost all of my other apps work fine on WiFi, including Facebook, WatchESPN, Instagram, etc. I have tried to restart my phone, forget my WiFi and reconnect, uninstall and reinstall Netflix, and nothing seems to fix it. I am out of ideas. My NetFlix works fine on my laptop when connected to WiFi, so I think it has to be my phone, but I am at a loss. Any advice would be appreciated.
