WIFI question about droid X

Had somebody who tested/ got Droid X somehow tested WIFI signal strength of the phone? At least against EVO? Is it better of worse? Do you need to be near the router to have good signal?

Going off the tests the AC staff did, the Evo's wifi is fine as well. It was just under-reporting strength or some such thing.

No the EVO's WiFi was and is not fine. The range at which it can pick up a signal is terrible. And hopefully we can get some feedback from Phil on the X's performance.

That is my hope too. it is ridiculous that Pre has better WIFI range, better battery life in low signal conditions!!!
