This is my second S3 and I've experienced this on both devices. My WiFi randomly turns off. I have to manually turn it back on in settings then its fine for awhile. Does anyone else experience this problem? I also have noticed the reception is very poor with this device. My bedroom is 50 feet away from my router and sometimes I only get 1 bar of reception. My iPhone which I still have gets full reception, so does my wife's 4S so I know its not my router. Anyone else have this issue? Its extremely frustrating and I've noticed it happens almost every night while I am asleep. I wake up and have to turn WiFi on every morning. This should not be the case! I also have keep wifi on during sleep so I know its not that! Any other suggestions?

nobody?? Anyone using Tasker that may have seen this before? I am wondering if Tasker could be part of the problem?

It's the Sprint connections optimizer under wireless and networks, more settings , then under mobile networks, automatic connections..

i have opposite prob' lol

global s3, UK. Ask me anything and ill reply even if its just an intelligent (or stupid) guess ;)

I don't use Tasker, and I have been having the same problem. My Thunderbolt never disconnected from my home wifi as much as my S3 does.

I am experiencing this as well with my s4. I've only had it a few months and don't remember it happening when I first got it. I am very frustrated by this! Any idea why it's happening? I also have it set to always stay on.
