This has happened recently (June). My wifi signal is gray instead of blue. I got an unrooted phone and I've tried uninstalling all Google apps (plus clear cache, data and force stop prior to updating). The only thing I haven't done is removing my apps and games due to the err of losing progress, data and set-up.
The only time it gets blue is when I unistall, update or install an app (any) on my phone.
Anyone got an advice?
