Wifi signal issues

My phone shows that I have awful wifi service in the notification area but when I check the settings the signal is excellent and I have good download speeds. This started a couple days ago. Has anyone seen this?

I haven't, but my power button has started clicking a little bit (feel only), even though it hasn't affected turning the phone on or off. I'll keep an eye out though for the WiFi issue.
