WiFi slow on p30 and slows other devices

Hi,

Since the weekend my p30 connection to the home WiFi has been really slow. It also slows down other devices on the network like my xbox one. Ive tried wiping the cache partition, restarting the phone/router and resetting the network settings. At times it works fine for a minute when connected at first. On the WiFi settings the link speed drops from 144mbps to 5mbps after about 1 minute. Anyone got any suggestions to fix this?

Try changing the network channel on your router and check if it happens with BT on/off on your phone (some defective chips can cause interference with WiFi if BT is on). Also check if your router has any QoS settings that might be giving the entire throughput to your phone (hence, slowing everything else down to a crawl).

Thanks for the help. WiFi's working fine now. Last thing I did was change the WiFi mode from 144mbps to 300mbps on the router and seemed to work
