Wifi Turning On

What's the easiest way to find out what app is turning my wifi on?

If you go to your WiFi Settings and tap on the menu button, go to Advanced Settings. There you'll find the 'Wi-Fi on/off history'.

Furthermore, if you go to the Apps section of your Settings, tap on the menu button and select 'Special access', you'll find the 'Wi-Fi control' section where you can check which apps can control WiFi status and toggle them on/off.

Bear in mind that most location-based apps use WiFi for improved accuracy and they may not work correctly if you remove the permission (and they usually turn WiFi on/off automatically even if you have it off).
