Wifi wont turn on at all

I recently downloaded dr fone because i lost some precious photos i took on vacations, when i came back i searched on google and found dr fone app and downloaded it, connected to phone and all but the photos were not there, feeling sad i closed that app and disconeted my phone. But surprisingly i found that my wifi was now turned off, itried turning it on but its of no use cause in a sec it turns off again. This happened on 12th of august.i tried factory reset 10 times but wifi wont turn on, then i took my phone to a mobile shop and the guy flashed my phone but it still wont turn on, he said there is some files missing and you have to change the board completely but he did not have the board for my device...... I dont know what to do, its been almost a month and nothing's happened yet.
My device is samsung galaxy grand prime sm-g530h..
Please any advice would be helpful

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that the guy flashed your phone -- did he reinstall the firmware?
