I look but nothing wifi tether shut down the phone if the 4G is active at the time a start the app.If I start the app first and then start 4G I can only connect one device

From my understanding you need to start your tethering first in 3g then you switch to 4g afterwards. As far as connecting more than one device I have never tried.

Each time you connect a new device you should get a notification in the top bar. Then you have to authorize it. I beleive thats default. On mine (before i got the 3D) it would ask me to allow a user. Once i OKd that user it was set long term.

So launch the app, then start what ever you want to connect, and keep an eye on your device, it should notify you of a new connection.
