Will a case with a batery ruin my tablet?

Exactly what the title says, I just baught a case with a battery for my keyboard and it wakes up by itself. Just wodering if i should stop using it.

I'm not sure I understand you completely. Are you saying you have a case for your Note that includes a Bluetooth keyboard, and it causes your Note to wake by itself?

Sorry its been posted before, it's a case that has a magnet attached to a blue tooth keyboard. It awakes my note randomly.

Try an app called wake lock detector. Its on Play.

It sounds like the magnet might be activating the sleep-wake sensor, which is how smartcovers work. If the cover is closed, the magnet in the cover activates the magnetic sensor in the tablet, and it goes to sleep. When you open the cover, the sensor wakes the tablet up.
