will a galaxy s4 purchased thru tmobile work on at&t?

bought a Samsung galaxy s4 m919 thru tmobile. had it unlocked but it doesn't seem to work with my at&t sim card. do I need to change any of the settings on the phone so that it will work on at&t?

Yes the IMEI needs to be registered and AT&T APN needs to be loaded on phone. Easiest way is to call AT&T tech support, they will talk you through it. I am using a unlocked Tmobile S4 on AT&T. That is how I got it to work. Took less than 10minutes, call in from another phone.
