Will adding oleophobic coating to my screen remove scratches?

I got a new phone and after a week I already have scratches on it, I was wondering what is the best way to remove light scratches? Would adding a new layer of oleophobic coating to my screen in any way remove scratches?, if yes how should I go about this should I remove the old coating and apply the new one or should I just apply the new coating over the new one? Also if I were to use something like displex instead to remove scratches would that remove the oleophobic coating on my screen?

I dont think anything will remove the scratches , but that coating or glass screenprotector like White Stone Dome can cover them up.
