My note 3 has been randomly restating for a few weeks now and all around slow. After working with tech support they decided it was a manufacturer defect and I was sent a new Phone. I didn't even think about it till I was boxing up my phone. I have a tiny Crack (I think) on the top right off my screen. So small I don't even think about it? So should i just just use my warranty and pay out the 150 Or send it back and hope for the best? imgur.com/3KXMRlp

Would you rather pay $150 or take a chance and have to pay $300 if its noticed

Same thing happened to me and I just sent the one they sent me back and I just went through insurance. I would rather pay $150 then risk paying $300

If you are on the legacy insurance plan then deductible is $99

If you have no integrity send it back insured and claim the phone got broke during shipping.

Yes but he stated $150 deductible in his post.

On a side note:
I payed $150 for my deductible and i was not grandfathered in even though on asurion website the deductible for a verizon s6 is $199

$199 deductible? Wow, at what point is insurance not worth it anymore? I dropped it on my Turbo with a $99 deductible but at $199 I'd have never purchased it.
