Will data on an unlocked S7 work as well as on a T-Mobile device?

So I've found out that the unlocked S7 does not have all the bands (it's missing FDD LTE Band 12) that the braded version has. Is this a concern when it comes to data speeds and connectivity? Also when it comes to warranty, T-Mobile does advance replacement, so you're not left out without a phone. Will Samsung do the same with an unlocked device or are you on your own?
