will I be able to use my phone in another country?

I'm going to purchase a samsung galaxy s5 GSM unlocked from amazon.com. The thing is I'm going to have a relative bring the device to where I live, in the Palestinian Territories, West Bank. Will I be able to use this here without any problems?
