Will I get electrocuted if I touch the phone charger metal tip?

If I plug in the USB charger wire into PC and I touch the metal tip (metal tip that is supposed to connect to the phone), will I get electrocuted or any harm?

If I plug in the wall charger and switch on the power and I touch the metal tip (metal tip that is supposed to connect to the phone), will I get electrocuted or any harm?

I've touched the outside before, and nothing happened. As for touching the pins, I wouldn't.

It is 5v,it won't hurt you even if you did get electrocuted.

You can put a 9v battery on your tongue and only get a mild jolt, 5v you wouldn't barely even feel.
