Will I lose TouchWiz features if I flash CM10?

So I'm thinking of getting a Galaxy Note 2 for Verizon. If I were to unlock the bootloader, root the device, and to flash CyanogenMod to get stock Android Jelly Bean 4.2, will I lose TouchWiz features like S-Pen features, Multi Window, Pop-Up Video and more? Stock Android seems nice and all, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to lose the awesome features of the Note that come out-of-the-box.

Unfortunately yes. I had that same issue. I didn't think I'd miss them but I did. CM10 is from the good people on this forum have taught me is bare bones and vanilla. Pretty much one size fits all so it's not custom made for TW. I'm searching for the happy medium myself because CM10 has some outstanding features, but I miss TW features

Thanks. There has to be a ROM that combines the best features of TouchWiz and stock Android. That would be nice.

I would flash CM10 on the Droid DNA if I decide to get that instead, since HTC Sense doesn't have any features that appeal to me. But that screen and processor make it tempting, despite less storage capacity.

Is CM 10 available for the AT&T GN2? I wouldn't expect this for another couple of months.
