will I notice a difference by using the fastest 64gb MicroSDXC cards?

My only three uses are:

(1) the S5 camera takes pictures and saves them directly to the card

(2) watching MKV videos stored on the card

(3) listen to music stored on the card


Obviously a faster card will be faster when copying music/video files from a PC, but I'm not too concerned about that aspect. I just want to know if I will notice any speed difference when using the S5 to access files on the card.

You'd notice it only when transferring files to it from the phone itself (would take less time), but you wouldn't necessarily notice it but it does make a difference when your camera is recording 4K video (less dropped frames) and if you have a big, uncompressed video file, you'd also get less skipped frames (unless something else is running in the background, then the lost ones would be due to rendering, not read data).
